Functionality

When SweepType does not involve temperature sweep, this keyword specifies the lattice temperature which affects:

  • Varshni shift of the band gap

  • Bose-Einstein distribution of the phonon reservoir

Note

This does not affect the carrier temperature. The latter will be calculated from subband occupations once the NEGF solution has converged.
